The course has been designed embracing modern Educational Science Technology - as applied to Dental Education, provides for acquisition of

  • A core knowledge. The basic dental doctor must possess.
  • Clinical skills to diagnose and manage disease.
  • Desirable characteristics and attitudes ingrained in the profession.
  • Competency to determine and resolve health problems of the community.
  • Proficiency to function in diverse health care settings.
  • Interest in continuing dental education.

- Community oriented (rather than hospital centered)
- Electives embodied (rather than standard program oriented)
- Systematic (rather than apprentice based)

Management and Workteams

To look after the day-to-day operations of the institution, the institution vows to initiate team leadership concept whereby the executive members will back up several work teams sharing common interest for the entire development and prosperity of the institution.

These teams will be lead by the Hospital Director, College Principal, General Administrator, Academic Coordinators, Academic and Patient Counselors, Research, Planning and Development Managers, ICT and Technical Advisors, and Outsourcing Managers.
